In general this Error Message means that RDP Host Name or IP address provided in the “Host” field of “RDP link” is not correct or phone cannot connect to this remote computer (RDP Host). The probable reasons for this Error Message are following. • Wrong information is entered in the Host field. • Access Point (AP) you try to use connects your phone to a network that is isolated from the network of your remote computer (RDP Host). In this situation your phone does not see the Host Name or IP address that you have provided. • RDP protocol is not supported by Operation System on computer you are trying to connect. • RDP feature is not enabled on computer you are trying to connect. • In SymRDP v.1.00.47 is used “Always Ask” mode for Access Point selection. -* Do not use “Always Ask” in SymRDP v.1.00.47 and use specific Access Point instead. This situation should be corrected in next SymRDP version when it will be available.
