Messaging (Text) – How do I use the text messaging function?
To change the message centre number: 1. Tap ‘Menu’. 2. Tap ‘Settings’. 3. Tap ‘Apllication settings’. 4. Tap ‘Messages settings’. 5. Tap ‘Text messages’. 6. Tap ‘Text message centre settings’. 7. Tap a ‘Text message centre..’ you wish to edit and a red tick will appear next to it. 8. Tap ‘Options’. 9. Tap ‘Edit’. 10. Tap ‘Centre address’ and enter either: Pay as you go: +447802092035 Pay Monthly: +447802000332 11. Tap ‘Save’. To send a text mesage: 1. In idle mode, tap ‘Menu’, tap ‘Messages’, tap ‘Create message’ then tap ‘Message’. 2. Tap the keyboard icon. 3. Enter a destination number and then tap ‘OK’. 4. Tap within the text field and then tap the keyboard icon. 5. Enter your message and tap ‘OK’. 6. Tap the envelope icon to send the message. To create a text template: 1.
