My account shows a balance, but Ive paid my bill. Whats the deal?
If you choose to only view your bill online, your account will not show a zero balance online. For security reasons, only accounts paid online will be updated with payments. However, the electronic bill you receive next month will show a past due balance of zero when you view a copy of the actual bill. Can I pay my bill online? Yes. VISA, MasterCard, or direct debit to your checking account is accepted. How do I pay online? On the Current Invoice List click Enroll for Payment Service at the bottom of the screen. Follow the simple instructions to use your credit card or checking account.
