Dogs respond different to pain then we do. If something hurts she wont be moving around like normal and will seem sad. For a dog to cry out with pain it has to be extreme. Sometimes they will seek out isolation and when bothered to much they will even snap at you. You should call your vet and ask for an appointment. You can always cancel if she seems better but I would have a vet check her out. Just because she cant tell you if there is something wrong with her. You know your dog best and you will be the first to notice changes in behavior.
