My child uses DreamBox at school. Is there a way to see their school progress with my home account?
Of course! Contact Client Care, and they will be more than happy to assist you in linking your child’s school progress with your home account. Be sure to include your child’s name, the school that they attend, and the name of their teacher. However, keep in mind that only one student progress file (per student) can be saved to your account. In most cases, our Client Care staff will link the student file with the greatest amount of progress. If you have a strong preference for which progress file should be kept, please be sure to include that with your request.
