I think maybe you meant Condensed milk, not evaporated. It is very very thick and gluey. My Granddad used to used it to stick odd tiles on the walls if they came off. It worked like a charm as it sets after a while when the air gets to it. Have to admit I have never tried it on a puncture, but can see why it would probably work for a short time at least.
