My DiskGO is connected to and detected by my computer, but when I try to access it, the computer tells me it is locked. How do I unlock it?
The DiskGO flash drive device has a write-protect switch located on its side. Make sure that the switch is not in the “locked” position. If it is, use a ballpoint pen or small object to push the switch back to the “unlocked” position. If that doesn’t work, try formatting it. There may be some data corruption that is preventing your computer from accessing the DiskGO. Our watches do not have a write-protect switch. Try formatting them as well.
