if your husband is their father yes… you apply for a honduran citizenship through the Honduras Embassy in USA (or consulate whatever there is) Children with parents from 2 different countries are entitled to DUAL-CITIZENSHIP go to the Honduran Embassy and ask them for an application and their document requirement list.
