My issues are traumatic, deep and longstanding – how can something so simple and fast possibly resolve them?
• The amazing effects of EFT sometimes seem miraculous. Traumas that have been causing emotional (and physical) pain for years can often be dissolved in minutes. • You will also learn ways of sneaking up on the problem; so that there is no need to unnecessarily re-live painful experiences.My problems are personal and I wouldn’t want to share them with a group of strangers. • We completely respect your privacy and feelings. There is no need to share anything with anyone at anytime during the class. You will learn ways of dealing even with complex issues without having to share them. • The atmosphere during our workshops is relaxed and friendly, as well as professional – no forced ‘group hugging’ or embarrassing stuff’! • It’s sometimes necessary for us to ask questions about the origins of a problem, of which you can still keep private.
