You are required to complete an application form. On receipt of the completed form, the Court will fix a date for a hearing when you will require to appear and give evidence. You may bring witnesses. Your neighbour will also be given the opportunity to be heard. The relevant form can be obtained from the Clerk of Court, 29 New Bridge Street, Ayr.
