My on-line training module won launch. Whats the problem?
An active Pop-up Blocker is the most common thing that prevents on-line training from displaying. Check your browser settings to be sure that pop-up windows are allowed from Knowledge Link. You must also have an up-to-date Flash Player 9 or greater. Troubleshooting Steps: • Be sure your computer meets Knowledge Link Minimum Technical Requirements. • Close all other applications on your computer that may be using a lot of memory or network resources (such as iTunes, video, etc.) • Make sure you are connected to the internet (wired connection preferred.) • Verify your Flash Player version is 9 or greater using the Adobe Test Link.
