The Recruiter Day format for MBA1s and the Company Networking Night format for both MBA1s and MBA2s are designed to increase the number of students that all organizations see at the beginning of the recruiting cycle. With multiple organizations participating at these marquee events, student attendance is higher than at events held by individual organizations.
