My referee has misplaced the SOAS reference form and envelope I had sent him a few months ago. How can I get an additional copy?
You can download another Reference Form here. You can also request your referee to write the recommendation on letter headed paper and enclose it in an ordinary envelope signed / stamped across the seal. References submitted via email directly from the referee to us can be accepted, subject to verification.
