• Make sure that there is water in the water tank. • Also check to see if the unit is plugged into a 120 VAC wall outlet and the Shark® logo is illuminated blue. • Once the Steam Pocket® Mop is plugged in, let it heat for 30 seconds and then pump the handle in a up and down motion 12-15 times in order to prime the pump. This should produce steam. If steam is still not being released contact the Customer Service line at 1-800-798-7398.
