My teeth are yellow compared to my friends, why is this?
They don’t have to stay that way my friend. There are many products for dental hygiene that many people use to keep their teeth healthy and white. The main things that cause them are excessive caffeine drinks, coffee, and smoking among the highest ranking. It’s pretty simple and easy to get teeth you are proud of. Brush when you wake up for the day, if you’re still home at lunch time brush after or atleast floss, and brush when you go to bed so nothing is sitting on your teeth while you sleep. Get some type of whitening toothpaste. They can range from really cheap to really expensive for just toothpaste, but normally the higher price the better result in my experience. There are other things such as teeth whitening strips and brush applications that can be effective and also have effects that can make your teeth lose their enamel and strength. Just floss, and brush up and I’m sure things will look brighter 🙂 hope this helps!
