Comfort-Set II (Older Models) Single Stage Models: Verify jumper wire W-22 on the back of the thermostat (not the subbase) has been clipped. Multistage and Heat-Pump Models: Verify jumper wire W-18 on the back of the thermostat (not the subbase) has been clipped.
