Your serial number is in the form of “VUE3-” followed by a set of 5 digits, a dash, a letter, a dash and another set of 5 digits (VUE3-xxxxx-#-xxxxx). Do not to enter spaces between the letters, digits and dashes. Make sure you enter dashes (-) underscores (_) . Also, read carefully your serial number because it is easy to confuse the letter ‘O’ with Zero. If problems persist, please contact tech support.
