Xerox Displays monitors supports Windows XP OS, the reason why your monitor flicker maybe caused by refresh rate of your monitor that was set too low. Please refer to Setting your Refresh Rate section of the FAQ. When I first boot up my monitor, I saw the Windows Logo but after a couple of seconds my monitor displays “VGA Mode Not Supported” There is nothing wrong with your monitor, probably you have set your monitor refresh rate frequency too high and that the monitor can support. Please refer to the monitors Product specification Vertical & Horizontal Synchronization range section of your monitor’s user manual. We recommend you to use the recommended resolution and refresh rate of your monitor. Please refer to FAQ # ?? in how to reset back to the allowable resolution and refresh rate of your monitor.
