The computational facilities, both from the hardware and the software angles, are comparable to the best of the IITs. We have advanced equipment in industrial automation and electronics. Our VLSI R&D group headed by Dr. Ajit K. Panda is equipped with a range of modern software packages. Our intranet is hooked up to Linux and WIN-NT servers and caters to all the internal needs of the faculty, staff and students ranging from email to posting of instructional materials.
