NOTE: If you already have a user ID from another Verizon Business Portal, you may register with this existing user ID by signing into the portal. User IDs from Verizon Residential or Verizon Wireless portals cannot be re-used for the Networx Universal Customer Center portal. • Create your personal profile and enter your contact information on the Profile Information screen then click continue. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. • Create User ID and Password. The unique user ID must be between 6 and 20 characters, alphanumeric with no spaces, and contain at least one letter. • Your password must be between 8 and 24 characters long, contain at least one number and one letter without spaces. For additional security, you can use non-alphanumeric characters, e.g., /, &, +, and *. • Click Finish.
