Newstext won accept my perfectly valid credit card – why?
Newstext only accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners. If you are sure your card is valid, and there are funds in your account, try again later, as the bank may be experiencing an outage for maintenance, or transaction validation is being hampered by congestion on the Internet. If you are still having trouble, and it’s urgent you access Newstext, telephone us on 02 9288 3091 and we will take your credit card details over the phone and log you into Newstext on the spot. Alternatively, you can email us with details of your problem, a contact phone number and a convenient time to ring you, so we can call you back.
