No books are listed when Open is selected from the File menu. Whats wrong?
If you are using Mac, this can be extensions conflict. Open Extensions Manager in Control Panel, select System 7.x (or System 7.6 Base if you have System 8) from the Set pop-up menu, and then restart the computer. Open the Electronic Fascicle application and select Open from the File menu. If you can see the book volume(s), you may want to add one extension at a time to see which extension is conflicting.
