Although there has been some attempts to bring RTS games to the Xbox, including Shattered Union and Goblin Commander, we havent had the chance to experience games like Age of Empires or Command & Conquer. The fact that the Xbox 360 has USB ports doesnt guarantee well be able to plug in PC input devices, like a mouse and keyboard, plus this time all Xbox 360 peripherals must be approved at a silicon level in order to work for the console. If PC peripherals ever are compatible with the Xbox 360 it will completely up to Microsoft.
