In ADAT/Edit, Under FILE / PREFERENCES / AUDIO DRIVER there is a setting for RECORD DRIVER DELAY and PLAYBACK DRIVER DELAY. If you are using a 200 MHz PC, leave this at zero. If you are using a 400 MHz PC, set the RECORD DRIVER DELAY to -200. You may need to tweak this setting a little depending on your system, but once you set it, it is stored as your Preference and you need not change it again.
