On Schedule #4C-Narrative: Performance Assessment and Evaluation, Part 2: Performance Targets, where do I find this information?
A26: The information for numbers 1-25 will come from your most current (May 2006) TAKS data. Numbers 26-38 will come from your 2004-05 AEIS data. For number 15, you will need to first identify all students passing both sections of the TAKS (using the Pearson report) and then distill out the number and percentage of those students who further met the HERC. For number 32, use your AEIS report under “Completion Rate I (w/o GED).” Q27: Where does data related to GED completers go on the evaluation benchmarks found on Schedule #4C-Narrative: Performance Assessment and Evaluation, Part 2: Performance Targets, line 32 or 33. A27: GED Completers are not included on line 32 (Completion Rate) or 33 (Graduation Rate). While AEIS lists a “Completion Rate II (w/ GED)” we would like you to report “Completion Rate I (w/o GED).
