Once a PTCE appointment is scheduled, can it be changed or even canceled?
If you have received your ATT letter and already scheduled your appointment through Pearson VUE, you are able to reschedule your appointment up until 24 hours before your appointment. Candidates may cancel or reschedule their appointment online or by calling Pearson VUE at (866) 902-0593. Refunds will not be given to candidates who miss their examination appointment or attempt to cancel within the 24 hours of the examination appointment.
