Once I purchase a piece of art from Eleazar Morales, how many days will it take to arrive?
Artwork is typically shipped within 48 hours of completion (from the state of Oaxaca, Mexico), unless it is an item from the Online Store, in which case it will be shipped out within 48 hours of purchase (from the state of California, in the USA). Once your artwork is shipped, the length of time required to receive your purchase depends on the shipping you select, typically it’s about 4 to 5 business days. We try to offer various shipping options (we usually use the UPS shipping company), including UPS next day air, second day air, and ground delivery service, depending on your location, and remember, all artworks are shipped with insurance. You will receive an email with a shipping company tracking number which will allow you to see exactly when your artwork will arrive.
