Oooooops! I sent an email that I really wish I hadn sent. Can I get it back? Please?
In Windows, you can delete a sent message if you call it up in the SENT ITEMS bin, go to ACTIONS and then RECALL THIS MESSAGE. A couple of caveats: If the recipient has opened the mail, it cannot be withdrawn. Also, one can withdraw mail only from a subscriber to the Exchange server (that’s the thing that drives Outlook). But here’s the really cool news: You can withdraw you message from ANY Outlook user on an Exchange server even one in Timbuktu!
