PECREATION FACILITIES What recreation facilities does LVCA have?
LVCA offers a swimming pool, tot lot and basketball and volleyball courts for the private use of Lafayette Village residents and guests. There are no usage fees at present. Pool Pass applications can be obtained by calling the Management Agent at the numbers or addresses about one month prior to pool opening or by downloading the form on the website. The pool is currently open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Other recreation facilities are available on a first-come basis. Homeowners are urged to consider serving on the Pool/Recreation Committee. If quarterly assessments are not paid timely, homeowners are restricted from using common property recreation facilities, including the pool.
