• Try uploading a new photo from your computer directly to your web album, using the instructions on their web site. If that does not work, the web album may be full or the web site may be experiencing technical difficulties. • Check to see that the e-mail address you entered into pix2pc for that web album is the same as the upload address that is shown on their website. You may also try sending an e-mail from your PC to that e-mail address with an attached photo. • Make sure your phone has signal.
