PopUpCop doesn show up in Internet Explorers Toolbar menu. What do I do?
PopUpCop can fail to appear in the View/Toolbars menu for a couple of reasons: • If you upgrade PopUpCop without closing all your Internet Explorer windows and restarting your computer, some essential files failed to be replaced because they were in use. The solution is simply to restart your computer. • If you are using Internet Explorer version 5.0 or 5.01, the PopUpCop menu item in the Toolbars sub menu is often labeled with the word Radio. (More exactly, the label for the first toolbar control is used for all other toolbar controls.) This incorrect labeling is caused by a program flaw in Internet Explorer version 5.0. This flaw was fixed in Internet Explorer version 5.5. You must upgrade to version 5.5 or later of Internet Explorer to correct the flaw. • Buried deep within Internet Explorer version 6 (only!) is a setting that sometimes causes install problems.
