PPTP test account not working. How to investigate where is the problem?
First of all, double check your account settings. Sometimes it is possible to mix up letter ‘O’ and digit ‘0’, I (upper case ‘i’) and ‘l’ (lower case ‘L’), etc. Then, switch off your firewall and antivirus software and make a try to establish connection. Check your router (if any). It should have an option like ‘PPTP VPN Passthrough’ enabled.
