To repair or replace the One Plug program device, please call 1-877-ONE-PLUG (1-877-663-7584) so we can arrange for an authorized contractor to come to your home. Only contractors authorized by FPL or licensed electricians may have access to the device. Please do not, under any conditions, attempt to repair or replace the device yourself as this may void the warranty.
