Check zener diodes in secondary before replacing the primary transistors(Q1&Q2) also check the 10uf & 22uf filters in primary with a esr cap checker. After replacing these components slowly run the voltage up with a variac- if the secondary voltages go too high or you hear a squealing cut off the variac & check components in the 5v secondary circuit. Common failures in this circuit include IC1,IC2 c14& 100ohm resistor which connects to ic1 (cannot remember number).
