Registrants from National Guard activities in the affected areas have matched our requisitions, but our attempts to contact the supporting HROs have been unsuccessful. What should we do?
Due to the extent of hurricane damage in these states, many Guard members have been activated. This includes human resources specialists needed to assist with administrative functions. If the point of contact (POC) listed on the resume is unresponsive, you should then attempt to contact one of the other individuals on the activitys POC listing on the ASARS web. If these efforts prove unsuccessful, contact your supporting CARE Program Coordinator.
