The majority of the time, the software is trying to register you with incorrect account information (name or password). You can see what you have entered by checking the following within VersionTracker Pro Windows: Tools > Options > Registration Tab Make sure you have the email address and password entered that you created when purchasing. If you have forgotten your password, please visit https://secure.versiontracker.com, fill in your account’s e-mail address, and click on the “Mail me my password” button. Your login information will be sent to you from our membership system.
