reverse reversals?

In most cases it is no. In the odd case, you can reverse the likes of a Ref KO’d played after it reverses your Step Aside. To explain: you may only play a reversal on your opponent’s turn, unless is specifies otherwise (like Ref KO’d and Disqualification). So, if your opponent plays Kick, you Step Aside, they play Ref KO’d, you may Censor that as you are playing it on their turn, and thus can legally play a reversal. Medals and Censored do not allow you to play reversals out of turn.
