That really depends on the type of rollerblading you like. I guess that you are probably a recreational skater. If this is so, I’m not sure how experienced you are, and how far you prefer to go still – so I’ll give some general advice. Also not sure what side of town you are on – so I’ll try to spread it around geographically (I’m northside, so excuse any bias in by choice). Check out the online Canberra and Queanbeyan Cycling and Walking Map. The pink paths on this map are shared cycle/walk/blade/etc/etc paths, generally bitumen, generally have a good surface for blading, and are nice and wide to enable you to get a full stride. You can also buy a paper version of this map at most bike stores (about $10). The paths around the various lakes are usually a good bet.
