Samoa Joe Vs. Kurt Angle: Did it work?
We are fresh off the heels of Samoa Joe finally winning the TNA, and people are still talking about the championship match between him and Angle. Some bad, some good. I tend to lean toward the good side and agree with Csnoka’s high rating (****1/2) of the match while others don’t seem to feel the same way, and all around didn’t like the feel of the match. Well today I’m here to say why I loved it. The LockDown PPV itself was decent. Some ridiculous shit like the “Cuffs in a Cage” had me scratching my head, but other things like the women’s tag match and the Lethal LockDown I enjoyed. Anyone else notice that Kevin Nash is in incredible shape? But the PPV was average up until the main event. The video package shown before the match with all the different wrestlers and personality’s giving their picks on the match was great. Frank Trigg’s oh so cheesy line “Joe’s really locked himself down on this one” was marvelous. Showing Angle walk from the back to the ring really built the feel of “o
