Several clients have inquired about getting an Employer Identification Number (EIN). Can The Company Corporation obtain Employer Identification Numbers for my clients?
The Company Corporation can secure an EIN number for your clients with a complete package selection or as an individual option for a $75 fee. In order to secure the EIN, we will need information such as the corporation name, state, type of entity, and the purpose of the business. We will prepare the forms, and send them back to you or your client. However, we do require the business owner’s signature on the forms before they can be processed. The EIN number will take approximately 3-5 business days to secure, once we have received the completed forms. The EIN number will then be emailed to you or your client.
