Yes, the advertising allowances are to be included within the SAC on the 810 – Invoice. Q11: We (suppliers) would like to receive an acknowledgment on emails sent to the EDI and Supplier Compliance areas. A: The Compliance Team will implement a program immediately to inform suppliers we are in receipt of emails sent to ‘schelp@jcpennney.com’. Acknowledgments for EDI (edi9900@jcpenney.com) is under review at this time.
