Should Christian men plait/braid their hair?

“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” ~Galatians 5:1 I greatly believe in the freedom that Christ gave us when he died on the cross for our sins. I believe that our bodies are temples and we need to care for them and cherish them, but I have met men who are on fire for God who have cornrows, dreadlocks, tattoos up and down their bodies, and more piercings than I can count. God, I believe, doesn’t want us to fit into a box of what Christians can look like. He wants us to go out into the world and be world CHANGERS, and frankly, I think Jesus cares very little about how we look as long as every tattoo we get, ever hairstyle we rock, and ever piercing we sport isn’t vulgar or profane in any way. Anyone saying you can’t love Christ and look the way you do (other than things like us women dressing modestly to protect the minds of our brothers in Christ) is preaching legalism to the highest degree.
