Yes. The ‘residence permit’ of Hungary will be applied for on the basis of a registered K.f.t in Hungary. To form the K.f.t, you will have to ‘deposit’ 50% of the ‘authorised capital’ (about €900 Euros) directly into a business bank account in Hungary. We will help you to open the bank account with one of the leading banks in Hungary. We will provide you the bank account opening documents, which will have to be ‘signed’ by you at the ‘Embassy or Consulate of Hungary’ in your home country. Other than you, nobody could deposit or withdraw the authorised capital. The remaining 50% of the authorised capital must be deposited within 12 calendar months from the date of K.f.t formation. After the ‘company formation’ and once we have obtained all the required residence permit documents, you could withdraw the ‘deposited authorised capital’, as there is no legal requirement to hold the ‘authorised capital’ in your business account.
