No, that really doesn’t work in practice. It’s too difficult to put all of your data in 2 systems and run in parallel. A more practical option is to run a test conversion of your data so that you can proof the conversion accuracy prior to “going live with MaxHire. That will let you proof the data and make any corrections as needed for the final conversion thus eliminating any surprises. When all of your users are fully trained, we will do the final conversion so that you do not have to run parallel systems. You can just stop using your old system when the final conversion is complete and start using MaxHire. It is useful to keep read-only access to your old system for a while in order to look up data if needed. We often make minor adjustments to the conversion weeks or even months after you go live with MaxHire if you detect any minor problems.
