Should the LTA stop funding failing “pro” players and concentrate funding on junior tennis in STATE schools?

I agree with you. The LTA puts all their focus on one player who can strike the ball very well. Good job LTA. There are like 1,000 other low income kids who can do much better. Just because a junior can strike the ball well does not mean that they will go pro. It also takes determination and hardwork. The LTA should make courts all around the city. That way more kids have the oppertunity to play. Tennis is very expenisve and some parents cannot afford it for their talented children. The LTA should also make tennis more fun. I have seen some training videos and they treat kids like robots. They have to allow the child to explore the game too. I like your idea!!
