Since i have Pokemon Silver for GBC, there are only a few ways to get these pokemon Mew can be gotten through Pokemon Red, or Blue, the other ways Pokemon Stadium through N64, and the best way if you ask me, you will have to get Gameshark for GBC, thats if you can still find one. If you get something called Master Brain, what that does is, it tells you game that you have those pokemon only you can’t actually use them to fight with, unless you make your pokemon look like Mew or Celebi and give them their powers, but thats about it. As for Celebi, through Pokemon Stadium and Gameshark. Through Gameshark was the only way i was able to get Mew, Mewtwo, and Celebi.
