Where can I find information on programs for small business loans for people with dual citizenship? My husband is officially a dual citizen of the United States and Germany. We found information on loans for veterans (he was in the military) but nothing on dual citizenship. There must be a program out there! A: Dual citizenship has nothing to do with getting a business loan.
