Yes. Just follow the steps below: • Right-click an empty section of the Internet Explorer toolbar area. • Remove the checkmark beside Lock the Toolbars, if necessary. • Just click and drag a toolbar to change its position. To resize a toolbar, click and drag the handles at the edge of the toolbar.
