Some options are disabled because text-to-speech engine is not installed. Why?
You need the text-to-speech engine in order to enable all the features of the PhoneBOT. Windows XP users should not have to download the speech engine because it is built in to Windows XP itself. Windows 2000 users can download the text-to-speech engine runtimes and speech support in the downloads section.
