Some stereotypes say that parents can’t be involved in their child’s experience in the Fraternity & Sorority Community. Is this true?
-Many fraternities have parent’s groups/clubs that coordinate different events for the chapter. In addition, many chapters plan their own parent/family weekends with events such as golfing, auctions, BBQs, and comedy shows. We encourage all parents to be as involved in their student’s fraternity experience as they want to be. Ask questions and learn about the chapter along with your student.
